I having a Paytm account under the mobile and also purchased a fast tag but I has to change my hand Set, after inserting the old SIM in the new hand set the Previous wallet balance disappeared which shown as 0 balance ,also no Fast tag balance . I had made complain under the Ticket No: 3345084061 on 28.10.2023 but after few hour it shows as SOLVED. I tried many times but failed ,which shows as SOLVED .I tried to chat regarding fast tag in manage fast tag many times but it shows as technical error . So I request you to kindly solve my problem as early as possible .
