Dear Sir,
Madan Gopal, on 30th June i purchased airtel block service from airtel company and the executive told me that if i pay 4000 rupees with registered number 9019390948. then i will get service for 5 months, but in the month of August on 18th i raised request to cancel the service because there was huge disconnections in WIFi as well as DTH, later i received a call from Supervisor on 23rd August and he requested me to continue the airtel black plan, but on that day it airtel plan was changed to separate individual charges that i dont know and no body is informed from the airtel customer care. now there is no service for 5 months and also i dont have any services from airtel compony they have suspended WIFI as well DTH on 15th October.
now i am getting overdue charges stating that i am not paying the bill for WIFI and DTH. first off all i am not having any connections still why should i pay the due and where is my 5 months airtel black plan.
for this issue daily i am calling to airtel customer care and daily different people are picking the call and disconnecting the call.
kindly take the action against airtel
