I ordered a samsung refrigerator ( Model No RT54K65585L ) from PAyTm on September 21st 2017 for Rs 62794. The deal showed the cash bak of Rs 12539 within 24 hours of dispatch and Rs 99 as shipping charges . The due date of delivery as mentioned was 24th of September . We didn’t get the delivery by due date. On September 26th 2017 we got an message from Gatti Courier ( Doc No 574342149 ) that material refunded as consignee refused to accept the delivery ( we didnt get any delivery and they claimed that we refused to accept ). On being enquired, the person from gati said that the material refunded to PayTm as the Box was damaged . Now Paytm cancelled our order without our consent. The Full amount ( 62794 )was deducted from my credit card on the date of order . After 7 days they refunded 50,255 in credit card and balance they gave me as PayTm cash back . Even the shipping amount has also been charged . The point here is ;
- They made fool of us by showing false deal
- The charge the full amount on first day
- The product was not delivered
- Order was cancelled without our consent
- We missed other deals on other better sites like Flipkart and Amazone
- The converted my Rs 12539 into Paytm money
- shipping charges also charged from us without any material delivered to us
