I have ordered
Saco Screen Guard for Lenovo Tab 4 10 TB-X304L
with order No. OD219412351072578000 from Flipkart on 13th August 2020.
I am supposed to get three packs of the screen guard. But I received only one. I have already sent the snapshot which clearly describes 3 units. I have requested Flipkart either to supply me the balance pending two units or to pick up the one and refund. I received the message indicating that the seller rejected refund. How can the seller reject ? and how come Flipkart listens to the seller for this behavior ? and forward his reply to me without analysis. I knew that the item is no refund policy. But, How can I accept the item if it is not delivered as per the commitment? Either I should get the refund of the items after collecting the item from me or I should get two more units of the same or I should get 2/3 rd of the billed amount immediately. Please look into it and resolve it.
SENDING MAIL TO GRIEVANCE OFFICER IS ALSO OF NO USE.
