Dear Team,
I have sent one shipment from 700028 to 560099 . It is showing that Shipment has been delivered to mentioned address at night 11.43pm.
When I asked my Customer shel told that there is no parcel came and delivered.
1. 11.43pm is not the time for delivery
2. If the parcel deliver to buyer he/she will received delivery code or OTP but my customer not received any of two.
It’s a totally wrong delivery updated.
Request you please look into the case. And on priority update the current status of my parcel.
