I had order shoerack from instagram.order and recived just a fraud tging

All broken shoe rack received and that too I ordered 2 racks worth 1998 /- and paid COD and when I open it there is one broken small shoe rack from Shifto which popped up on instagram.
Fraud company. Kindly look into it. It came from Ekart
