Text of Complaint by Rahul Kumar:

I have received 420 amount in my  merchant account which I have transferred in in my savings account date was 8 September 2019. Which was showing me in merchant account successful but I did not receive the same money in my bank account.

I called in merchant helpdesk which is known as Merchant customer care they said sir please send us history of your bank account in PDF which I have submitted by the email.

Now I have been continuously trying to call them.They are not responding and if they pick up my call, they  say we are connecting your call in another costumer care then they cut the call.

It has done many times
