I was using airtel due to network issue with them in aug end i ported my number to vodafone .. later i was informed there is a due of rs . 147 with airtel whereas i have already paid additional amount same was informed to vodafone agent on call i will check at airtel ofice and do the payment if the pending is authentic on 21st oct . Inspite of communicating to them they suspended the service on 22 oct . Later without any negotiation and of no choice i had to go n do the payment of INR 147 which i still feel was inreasonable . Later i spoke to customer care and informed about the payment they activated my number on the same day after 8 hrs .
Later i received msg from vodafone on the same due which i have cleared on 22 oct and was asked to mail and text them the transaction detail i have send the same on 24 th oct i have mail copy and msg screen shot .
Again without intimation today . i.e on 28th oct they have disconnected my connection on complaining on customer care the guy on the call was laughing which was rediculous instead of helping me with the situation he was making fun .
Entire day i was in trauma n stress as my wrk was hindered due to their unethical act .
i have even cleared the bill of this mnth before due date still they are behaving really pathetic .
I made big mistake changing to vodafone . As everytime i call someone the phone get disconnected .. also it doesn’t connect to other number in one go .
Awaiting your further action on them for humalating and giving mental stress to us for there dificiency.
