Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Shabana Iqbal Girach resident of Veraval city of Gujarat state. I am using Vodafone no 9825222326 for last more than 10 years. last few months I m out of country so i could not use this number for outgoing calls. Due to non use Vodafone suspended service on my number without any prier notice, all other messages like service or offer messages I m receiving often. Was not is Vodafone liability to inform customer first so could be able to do something to avoid this problem. All my Bank accounts linked with this number only so I need that number so I told my brother to go to Vodafone store and customer service said that only one way is you get a new postpaid connection with same number because number is non active for last three months, on 31 aug 2018 I received offer message from the company here I attached the screen shot. Just yesterday I recharged online and if I check online account login it showing account balance also. If number out of service how can it accept recharge payment??? If number not working for last three months how can the company sent offer message on 31 aug 2018??? And what about the recharge amount???
I needed that number so I was helpless against their blackmailing to get new postpaid number and I have to apply for postpaid connection but still I wont be able to use it for OTP unless I receive the new sim by courier.
Just because of Vodafone mistake I am facing so many problems. if the company informed me that my number is non active so I have to use it or recharge I would have done the same and could save myself from this trouble.
Now I am awaiting for justice on this matter.

Still i m waiting for my sim n not able to use my bank account, if they can give me postpaid connection with same number they could even reactive my old sim. Instead helping customer they cheating customer, this is how Vodafone service. Useless company.
