I’ve booked 2 seats ( A/c sleeper) on 14 May, via MakeMyTrip from Haldwani to Delhi and paid Rs. 3129/ incl tax. But the bus not arrived. After contacting the bus operator I was told that the booked Bus is not in running condition. Further, they told us another Bus is going to Delhi, we can board that bus.
Alternate bus came which is fully sitting ( Non-sleeper).
Immediately I contacted the operator and customer care(MakeMyTrip) I was told that we can travel in alternate bus or deboard the bus.
We have no other option to board that bus as we have to get back.
Cost of each seat in that Bus was Rs.700/-
I raised my concern on Twitter to the MakeMyTrip But they refunded Rs.500/- only.
After many followups they didn’t even clarify on what basis they refunded Rs.500/-
My money was wasted. They(MakeMyTrip) didn’t even try to solve my problem
