i have purchased an ola s1 pro ev . there are a lot of issues with the ola s1 pro, range low , grabrail issues, jerking issues and recently my ola is not even working..
when i registered a complaint, they called me back after 20 days, did nothing, issues remained same..
recently i registered a complaint regarding the scooter not working at all, as per their customer care 48-72 hour resolution time was given to me.. but now its 8 days and i have not got any call. whenever i call them they say asap, end of the day etc and i am spending money in travelling. also previous issues are same.. they are not changing or repairing the batteries.
