I purchased a product on 9th Sep, delivery was attempted on 11th Sep but Paytm did not provide a GST invoice and said they will take the product back and deliver next day with a proper invoice.
I have been wasting my time and money following up with Paytm and the supplier, neither my product is delivered nor any positive response by Paytm, the only message I get is “we are working on it”
On 19th Sep Paytm updated the status of product as delivered, but I have not received any product.
Also sent an email to the nodal officer on 13th Oct no response.
Will also be sending a physical notice. as gone thru a lot of stress and pain due to Paytm.
