Hi, I had visited Barbeque nation Pune Amanora outlet on Saturday 28th Oct 2023 .
Service charges is something which is our choice and you cannot force the customers to pay that but when I checked, it was added in the bill and they refused to remove it stating that the bill is already generated. It is illegal to do so and there are extra taxes (SGST and CGST) added for service charges too. I would request you to take a strict against such big brands who try and cheat on the consumers.
