Text of Complaint by Ayush Mishra:

I bought Godrej Goldilock Personal Home Locker from Amazon but i had a issue with buzzer of the product. i was provided with warranty of 1 year but Godrej denied the warranty. When i contacted Amazon for the same , amazon asked for all the Documents Like Product Invoice, Payslips and Denial letter from Godrej which i submitted on by Sep 2022 but till now i have not received any resolution for this case, by this time i have contacted amazon customer care more than 6-8 times but every time i asked for the same documents again and again and i am denied to talk to any escalation manager to highlight this case.
