Text of Complaint by JASPREET SINGH:

I ordered a Carpet form seller: STATUS on flipkart, but I received an different color item that what I had ordered, this item had 7-day return policy so I applied to return the next day I received it. When the Pick up person came he mentioned to me that he cannot accept the return because for him to verify the return he had to identify the brand TAG on the carpet, but we checked and there was no TAG with brand name on the carpet as the manufacturer does not put it there, even though this is very clear to the seller still they are asking for this TAG on the carpet in order for me to return the wrong product. This is a clear scam from the seller to avoid the return of the product, I tried to contact them several times but no reply, I tried to put an honest review on Flipkart about the seller, but guess what my review was not published because it included the truth about the seller and their scam. I even wrote to Flipkart about this but no reply or response from them.
