Text of Complaint by Nischal Dhawan:

Excitel has a 60-day refund policy, I provided my ONU device in the month of 27 december 2023and I was supposed to receive my refund in the next 60 days from that given date. It’s 27 feb 2024 now and I haven’t received my refund yet. It’s been 3 months.
I called customer care multiple times and all I got were” We will make it happen ASAP” and “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team”.
Please refund my security and partial amount as soon as possible; it has been over 6 months and no refund has been made. The customer service supervisor is not cooperating also I have not received a single call from your end.
