Text of Complaint by Jagat Singh:

I have used excitel internet service for over 3 years, registered on username-rne.85avtar. I decided to terminate the connection because of performance issue, so i terminated my connection on 17th february 2024. The excitel team told me that you will get your security refund back after our 60 days policy. I waited patiently until that time period. On 17th April 2024, I try to reach them by contacted them through email, customer care, etc. But every time they’re saying we are looking forward to your request ande then ended the conversation. At one time they say we have some technical issue. So we will fulfil your request some other time. They’re lying to me constantly these past days whenever i tried to contact them. Please help me with this issue, I will be very grateful to you.
