I was the customer of Excitel Broadband. During the installation of Broadband I have given a sum of Rs. 2000 as security money.
In May, 2023 I have discontinued the broadband connection and submitted the Fibre ONU device to the Excitel Broadband and the company acknowledge that on 7th May, 2023 by providing the following message.
“Dear Abhinav Srivastava This is to acknowledge that your Fiber ONU device with account 5510002882 and serial number GNXS91302623 has been accepted by Excitel Regional Partner: Kirti Broadband, your refund will be initiated within the next 90 days. -EXCITEL”
It has been almost 5 months but I didn’t get my refund. I have contacted them many times but no action was taken by the company.
Therefore, please take the suitable action against Excitel Broadband.
