- My Tata sky ID is 1160622112 and Registered Mobile No. is 8281293208 and 7903843476..my complaint is- After starting any channel of Tata sky, it plays 20 Second in normal way but after that screen get paused for 2-3 minutes and so on. Complaints to Tata sky for the same but on technician visit, he changed my set up box which was already in warranty period with addition cost of Rs. 400.00 and also changed the wire connector and LNB at top costing 240.00 plus 150.00 technician visit and cut my 10 metres long wire on roop on being suspect of defect. After spending so much money and changing the new set top box with old one without knowing me, my problem did not get resolved. I am very disappointed as Tata sky looted me. Contacted so many time with customer care but all in vein. Kindly help me out.
