Dear sir,
As per my claim it has been rejected on behalf of manufacturing date is beyond 24 month…
For you kind information it is clearly mentioned in your certificate that :
-over Period is From the date immediately,
-the insured equipment is registered & valid for 12 months from the date of registration,
-and an active customer of Medium (Network
Operator).
When I was registering for your insurance ,it was under 24 month and in your application ,you should not accept my request for registration in case of disqualified..
I have registered my self before two month and it is not mentioned in your certificate that my registration will b disqualify when it will crossed manufacturing date.it is misguided and misconduct of information provided by you.
So please have a look on my request for damage claim to avoid further any legal action or consumer forum.
