Text of Complaint by Mounika:

We went to hyderabad on 27th of May 2023 for a trip. We booked a hotel named super oyo townhouse 196 De alphabet in oyo app for 2 rooms which costed 3136 which was paid online by me. After we reached the hotel the receptionist said there were no rooms available. I have contacted the customer service and they said they will talk to the hotel manager. I have contacted 3 times and after that one lady said me that I will cancel the room and book a new hotel nearby your location. And she promised me that I will get the refund amount of the first hotel. She booked a hotel and we stayed at that hotel. When I call the customer service for refund they are saying that we have validated the claim there is no such issue observed so we are unable to proceed the refund. I have not checked in to the hotel. The receptionist said there were no rooms available. So we stayed at another hotel. In the oyo app it is showing that we have checked in and checked out of the hotel which was not done by us as it can be confirmed by the cctv footage of that hotel. Now the oyo service desk is saying we can’t do anything and we can’t proceed your refund. This scam is doing by the above mentioned hotel ana oyo rooms company. Please validate it. I have attached a pic of check in checkout details of our which was not done by us. Please verify and lodge a complaint against that company.
