I had purchased a membership of Country Holidays Inn & Suites CHISAGG778715 I paid an amount of 2,10,000/- , My Membership Id is CHISAGG778715. As per the membership I was offered some complimentary services which were valid for 1 year from the purchase date but due to the covid I could not avail any of the complimentary services . After Covid when I asked chis to provide me the freebies they denied for it . Also at the time of purchase I was told to pay an amount of rs 7000 + GST as AMC . First of all all their numbers are not reachable. Whenver if some one picks they deny any kind of booking. Today it has been almost 4 years since we bought this membership. We have not been able to avail any kind of booking except 1 complimentry night at Delhi. We request that our maximum amount may be refunded after deducting any charges if any.
