On 16 th December 2023, when my parents were only at home, a courier with my father’s full and correct address was delivered at my house just like a normal deliver with cash on delivery option.
Thinking something that we ordered came early , my mother paid the money and took the package. when we open it , just a packet full of black waste cloth. It was charged Rs 989 inr. We were scammed.
The package didn’t have any details of the website which shows this product which i ordered this. This wasn’t ordered by us at all.
When I checked with courier partner. it shows like the order was made in a website called AEPL. Do i get a legal chance to fight against this?
