I have applied for a loan on this mobile app on 16th September. I have got message in the app that loan amount will be disbursed in 2 hrs but for that day no amount being credited to my account. The next day when I call customer care executive, it was told me to send my bank statements and I do as I was told. Further no action was taken by smart coin app and whenever I call them their reply was same like loan amount already disbursed or ticket has been raised and issue will be resolved ASAP . The days were passing as it is and so after 7-8 days i.e on 24 th September I called & mailed them again to cancel my loan application as it was of no use to me now .The urgency i had on 16 th September was settled by arranging funds from other sources. But still the smart coin app was showing that my loan of 12000 is still active and next repayment date for first EMI is 16 Th October. So the calls, messaging , mails were continue from 16 Th Sept to 5 Oct but issue was still standing as it was. every time whenever i called customer care , they replied same thing that amount of 9734 rs was disbursed already to my account on 16 Th Sept in-spite of sending my updated bank account statements. Then suddenly on 6 Th October @7:10 pm , my account was credited with amount 9734 rs without my concern. Then again i called them and mail my bank statement where it is cleared that amount of 9734 rs is credited on 6 Th Oct and was not disbursed on 16 Th Sept. Still customer care executive is replying same thing that ticket has been raised and it will be resolved ASAP. It is nothing but mental harassment. I want to refund that amount to smart coin app as it is and told them to arrange so as but now I am getting reminder mails and messages to pay my EMI on or before 16 th October. Pl find the attached copy of my bank account statements and take necessary action against this.
