Text of Complaint by JYOTIRINDRA GHOSH:

Dear Sir,

I have been using this card for quite some time now. Last May 24th was full amount due on card. I paid on 23rd May but due to some technical glitch the payment did not go through from SBI side. My transaction shown success. Same happened also on 4th June. Now they have imposed Rs 4000 financial charges in me in account of failure and made the card delinquent. Moreover, I tried to contact their customer service and also reached out to them more than 10 times on email explaining the issue.
But unfortunately every time some customer service executive calls me and abuses me on default of payment. All I want is reversal of financial charges and I’m ready to pay the balance amount. But customer service person are shouting at the top of their voice and abusing me.
