I purchased a mobile from Flipkart and opted for No cost EMI from Flipkart and after purchase, i checked the SBI Card app. No EMI was activated against the amount so I went to the flexipay option and activated the same. now there are 2 EMI running against the same transaction and an interest of 18% is also being collected for the same I tried mailing customer care and they asked me to call on customer care number and I have been trying to contact them and I am unable to connect to them
