We received a parcel on COD which nobody ordered but received by a family member after paying the amount. On opening the Delhivery parcel, there is another damage packing of amazon inside which there is a very dirty and cloth. On tracking, we found that the supplier is balaji2 franchise. Delhivery person is not returning the parcel now.
