Text of Complaint by Eshwar Rao RC:

I purchased samsung refrigerator, model no rt30k3753s9/hl-01 on 08.01.2018 from adishwar india limited located in hoskote taluk, bangalore dist. I faced problem for the 1st time on 27.03.2018. Problem was over cooling & ice forming in fridge compartment. I registered complaint through online & service engineer from samsung visited & replaced sensor. After replacing sensor problem was resolved temporarily for short period. Again same problem was repeated on 13.11.2018 & service engineer visited & informed to replace the board (Back side of refrigerator). Verbal communication was made on condition stating that if again failure repeats then refrigerator has to be replaced. So complaint was closed after changing board in refrigerator. But within one month again same problem repeated & during my complaint i was requested to customer care executive to replace my refrigerator on 18.12.2018 but till today there is no replacement of refrigerator has done addition to that service engineer and branch manger visited stated that there is no problem in refrigerator. Complain has been cleared with out resolving issue & without intimation.
Details as below. Complaint no 4274619534 raised on 18.12.2018 and service engineer mr. Arun contact no 9686528160 witnessed the problem and communicated his superior and again visited 2 more times to record some readings even that report also not issued and again service engineer mr. Arun and superior mr. Nadeem visited but no action has been done and went back and closed complaint. During his visit behavior was very rude and horrible he doesn’t know behave with female customer (My wife). He was not ready to check up the problem and listen customer voice but complaint has been closed stating that no problem in refrigerator without justification and evidence or any service report and details has been received through sms. I called customer care executive on 28.12.2018 regarding complain closure details customer care took long time to connect his supervisor mrs nagalakshmi she took 2 hrs for complaint discussion with her, she was stated that she will not provide any data refused to provide service report stating that samsung doesn’t have policy to share the report as policy she could not share the report.
Finally she is connected to samsung service manager mr. Manjul stating that board has been replaced but there is no action done and there is no proper response from service manger too.

After all, I sent mail to CEO Desk office in which is available in samsung website, but no solution was provided. Everyday my vegetable & things which are in refrigerator are getting spoiled.
