I want to port out from vodafone network however since 22nd Dec 2018 I’m not able to send text messages on customer care numbers. On 26th Dec 2018 my complaint was raised but no resolution yet(complaint no-502828576). On 1st Jan 2019 nodal officer also registered a complaint which is closed without any resolution(complaint no-504096568 and 239000260). Several time I connected On complaint number as well but still no solution. Vodafone team is just ignoring the customer complaints.
Kindly help with the resolution ASAP
