Please intervene , I have ordered a Samsung galaxy m31 prime edition ( Amazon.in Order # 405-2324172-6782749 )on sunday 6th of December on ON EMI. Delivery date was upcoming sunday. But, I didn’t receive any call from any executive or phone delivery agent. Even not received otp and call from delivery agent Suddenly some guy from the amazon team came today ( today (9-12-2020) around (1: 30 PM ) )and rang my doorbell (i live in the 2nd floor voice doorbell placed in the ground floor) said parcel from amazon. When I reached lower ground to take my parcel, he started his scooty (red color) and ran very fast and left the parcel.
I don’t understand why they ran/flew very fast. When open my parcel, i found some ayurvedic shampoo… but when i checked my invoice it’s clearly mentioned that invoice belong to MY phone. i am totally shocked , I am high BP patient.. i don’t understand what i will do, i tried to call the customer care they help me but they didn’t respond very well and i am not satisfied with them . Please intervene and provide MY product. 3 days passed still not provided any resolution from them. please help. i from a middle class family. Me and family are totally tensioned because of this. pls help to provide my refund.
