I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M30 on first week of May 2019, during usage its display became unusable in June 2019, then I shown the phone to Service Centre at Dehradun. They said its display got damaged due to internal damage of the screen, and the same can not be covered into warranty. I suggested the same should be covered in warranty as the problem appeared within three month of purchase.
Then again I complained through online chat and subsequently on customer care, but response was same and they said that screen got damaged ( by refering to pics of the phone ), so can not be covered in warranty . I requested kindly show me the pics but they didn’t.
This created doubt in my mind, I again complained through online chat and subsequently on customer care, but response was same.
