Sir/Madam Namaskar……….

Aaj abhi apne bank account se First time Mo No- 9170488816 ko Rs119/- se recharge kiya to message aaya ki recharge nahi kiya ja saka. maine 10 Minut Bad punah Rs119/- se usi no ko Recharge kiya to turant Recharge ho gaya. thodi der me account se Dono ammount deduct hone ka message aa gaya. ab bataiye ek hi mo no same ammount Rs 119/- se 2Time Recharge ho gaya hai.
Ab kya ho sakta hai.ya to ammount wapas ho jay ya to First ammount ki validity Samapt ho jay to dusari ammount ki validity start ho jay.
Dusari bat maine turant hi app dwara uplabdh complain no 121 se 4 bar sampark karne ka prayas kiya lekin meri koi help nahi ho saki.
kyo na ukt no ko port kara diya jay.
