Dear Madam
                This is to bring in to  your kind notice that it’s a shame for our banking system to treat its customer in such a bad way.I want it to be taken with the highest authorities and appropriate action should be taken accordingly.It is the worst banking system in the world.I was returned from the branch 4 times just for submission of KYC Documents .Firstly I applied for new debit card and the form was accepted by the concerned officer without checking the KYC status and the rejection of the form was not informed to me.Then when I went to collect again I was told that KYC was not there and when my wife went to submit the KYC she was told that the employee was on leave though anyone could have accepted the KYC .Then after 5  days my wife went today she was told that the Account holder has to be present to submit KYC. Thereafter I went to the bank at 3:50 and I was refused that the KYC  could not be submitted now.On telling the employee about the fact that my wife had come in the morning and she was refused the employee told that anyone could submit the KYC but when the male employee came she refused to accept that she had said that and I was threatened by the employee of the bank and no one objected or apologized.Its a shame for our banking system.Everything is recorded on camera and may be investigated.I have sufficient evidence to prove it.
