Hi,
I bought a Soundlink Thump 10W bluetooth speaker on 18th June 2018 from Flipkart. After I received the product I started facing bluetooth issues but since the 10 days had past Flipkart denied exchange of the product. I tried contacting the manufacturer but it turns out the contact number provided does not exist and the website of the manufacturer doesn’t load (error 404). Now the speaker has stopped working altogether, withing 3-months of usage. The product has 1 year replacement warranty but I can only avail if I can contact the manufacturer. Flipkart is selling this product under their “Assured” brand. Did they verify the manufacturer at all? After sending e-mails and unsuccessfully trying to connect with the manufacturer I realised how Flipkart cheated me into buying a fake brand speaker. I chose the product seeing it listed under the “Assured” category. Who is reponsible here?
