I had to cancel the order as delivery agent, Kumara V, denied to deliver the order. I requested him to deliver the food on time but he was very rude and used vulgar language to yell at me. He told that he won’t care even if I complained about this to the support team. This is the second time that he has caused an inconvenience. Please take a very strict action against him as he made me feel really unsafe with the usage of his words. He spoke in a very bad manner. Please refund my money.
I’m unable to talk to anyone on the support team. Please help me with this. There’s no access to single support executive. I’m not posting any of this on the social media to avoid creating scene. I’ve his phone recordings. He was very rude and disrespectful.
