My sim card stopped working. Upon visit to airtel stores at mysore near Terrisian college Pin code 570011. He charged me ₹50 for replacing sim card. However the pkt had ₹5 mentioned on it. Upon asking he told it’s the amount charged here if u have got problem u can port to another network. When I insisted for a bill. He denied giving bill also.
