I had purchased a refurbished laptop that was with 1 year warranty and 10 days replacement guarantee at ShopClues.com . On 2nd day of its purchase, I had sent a return request, but there is no response till now,It have been above 3 months. I had ordered on 25th June 2020, the product delivered on 3rd July 2020 & I requested to return on 4th July 2020, but there is no response till now. My order I’d is 186011084.
