On 15 nov. 2018 i was trying to add 4500 twice to my paytm wallet but transaction break up twice and the respective amount was deducted from my personal bank debit card after that the respective amount was transfered back to my bank account by paytm but still on 8 jan. 2019 the said amount is not credited yet to my bank account . my bank told me that paytm has not returned the amount yet, so my bank filed a complain to paytm with complain no.241218DATA87418 and 241218DATA87420 on 24 dec. 2018 but paytm are not responding to my bank even though paytm customer support send me the screenshot of transaction but i wanna ask to paytm why you are not contacting to my bank for this transaction. i am totally harassing by the side of paytm.
please look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
