I was taking a walk at Matheran, when a part time student stopped me and insisted to attend a seminar by Royal Club.
We went to see the plan, while selling they took names of Hotels that were not on the website, we realised this while booking a room. This is just a part to start
1. We bought a 10 year plan for 1 Lakh fix payment and 9000 per year maintenance, but later after coming home we changed the plan to 5 years for 50,000 fix payment and 9000 per year maintenance, which was discussed on phone and I have chat record as well. I paid 25,000 total and the rest 25,000rs was EMI. But when I called their head office to get some more details.. They were firstly rude and secondly said they do not have any such plan change detail with them. Further they don’t give EMI option for 5 year plan. I told them I want to cancel the deal, that is when they told amount is not refundable. I asked whether they will eat all the money, they never replied. I was told by their representative that money was not refundable but we will give u a holiday in return. Didn’t get a reply to this as well..
2. I was asked by the representative to make 50% payment and start booking. When I sent a mail for booking they said all hotels booked.
3. That’s when I approached head office, when he was rude and told me make full payment then only the vacation will start
4. I tried looking for hotels mentioned in the presentation, none were listed which they named
I am in need of help, kindly guide us.
