We went to Lonavala on 9th Jan 2021. A guy approached us with scratch card of Royal club saying that it’s there 10th Year anniversary (lie) and we will get one gift out of 4 mentioned in Gift card. He asked us to go to Valvan village resort to claim our gift. In resort there sales expert and fraudsters (Mr Kalpesh and Mr Trushal) pitched in various membership plans for more than 2 hours. At last we agreed on a 3 year membership plan at 42000 INR (where were our brains!!). In addition to that they told us that they will take care of annual maintenance charges of 9000 + GST.
They shown us that they have hotels at more than 180 locations worldwide and we can book any hotel any time. But now at the time of booking they are just giving 6-8 locations as available and also charging maintenance of 10800 INR and that too after many calls and mails over 10 days and I’m sure they’ll charge more on pretext of tax or admin fees if we go ahead with any bookings. This is just plain cheating, they are inviting people on false pretenses and then not providing the services for which we already paid up. The number of lies that they told during the whole sales pitch is unjustifiable and they are just running a sort of Pyramid scheme.

Last night I and my husband called upon a hotel named Chopra residency in hamirpur. We visited there
First they lure you by giving you lottery scratch card and congratulate on winning and tell that you have to collect the gift from particular hotel or resort.
Then they try to convince you for joining or registering for the package of higher cost showing bigger dreams of staying in 4 star and 5 star resort and hotel. But they don’t have any brochure for the packages.i have received a call from this royals club international and they have told me that they are inviting me and my husband to their presentation at Chopra Residency hamirpur where they will give me some inform me about their company and packages and after that, they will offer some free tour coupons.
I went there on 29/11/21 and they gave me a lot of information about their plan and packages. They have offered me a very good package and told me lots of benefit of that package. After all these benefits i agreed to buy their package. I have made the payment of 143000 for 10 years package by my credit card and they charged full amount in name of emis and after that, they give me the welcome kit. As soon as i have opened the welcome kit and read the terms and conditions then i found that they have completely lied to me and all the information they have given to me about the package was completely wrong. I have taken the gold membership package from here. I have done the payment and there is no response from the other side. They are not lifting the calls neither responding to the messages. Totally irresponsible. They will call you for dinner and say all lies. Therefore, i have contacted them by email and also called them and requested thsm and asked them what I was told yesterday But these people are really not interested to listen to me and resolve my query. It’s not a small amount of money for a person from a middle-class family. It’s my hard earn money and i will request you to kindly take this matter seriously.

When i have searched online i came to know that this company has taken money from a lot of people and never given them services. I hope that i will get my money back from them with your help. Royals is continuing fooling & cheating people in the name & promise of stays in Hyatt and Meridian. This company should be forced to shut down for looting people with fake promises & lies
