Text of Complaint by Meghana:

We went on a trip to Lonavala and visited Sunil’s Wax museum.. one guy came to us with a coupon saying that their resort 5th anniversary and giving coupons.. he said we went to go to that resort and spend 1 hr and then their representative will scratch the coupon card and provide us the gift whatever is present. So we went to the hotel and then we were asked multiple questions and to fill a no objection letter and some basic details.. they asked if we have a credit card or not. Later the royal club agent came to us and spoke very friendly way asking whether we like to travel and what are all the places we travelled and started showing all the 5 star and 7 star hotels they can provide by taking the royal club membership.. they were speaking in very convincing way and showing the company documents.. we were asked to pay 1.5 lakhs for 10 yrs membership… they were presuring to take decision immediately saying it is only for limited people and offer is only for that day…in the middle of discussion i started reading these reviews and go to know its all fake.. they saw me reading something in my mbl and were about to convince…We clearly said No to them and left.. later when we went to wax museum we still saw those guys giving coupons and targeting couples. Please take strict action on these people.
