am writing this complaint to bring attention to an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Zepto. I placed an order (Order ID: 6569BMPLO00825), and upon receiving the items, I found that two of the cigarette boxes were completely rotten and unusable, despite the sealed packaging. The products were clearly not stored properly, indicating a total failure in quality control and basic customer care.

To make matters worse, when I immediately contacted Zepto’s customer support, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was met with excuses. The representative kept me hanging for over half an hour, only to tell me that they wouldn’t issue a refund, hiding behind the fact that the items were “sealed.” Sealed packaging does not justify delivering rotten products—Zepto clearly has serious issues with inventory management and is willing to pass defective goods onto customers without any accountability.

I provided clear photographic evidence of the rotten products, yet they still refused to take appropriate action. Zepto’s customer support not only dismissed my complaint but also demonstrated a shocking lack of respect for the customer. This is not just a case of a damaged product but a complete breakdown of trust. They are clearly more invested in aggressive marketing than in maintaining even a basic standard of service.

As a result of this experience, I have lost all trust in Zepto and will not be using their services again. I will ensure that everyone in my network knows about this incident and avoids this platform, as there are many reputable and customer-oriented alternatives available.

If this issue is not resolved, I will continue to escalate this matter on every platform possible to expose the negligence and lack of integrity that Zepto has demonstrated.
