Due to customer care executives mistake we had to face a huge bill of 28000. We had told her to activate International roaming pack of 3999 for UAE, she confirmed and we started using the same thinking that if she has promised she will activate the pack. But to our surprise the bill went to 28000 without our notice. This is ridiculous. Presently, the number is deactivated, services have stopped and that is our primary number. How careless are the employees and the heads of vodafone. It is a Shame! The amount is also approved still the revised bill hasn’t generated.
Now no more requests required. Better send us our bill within next 24 hours or else we are planning to file a case.
