Im sbi account holder no.30929222585 and the beneficiary sbi account no.36316317153. I have made a transfer throught paytm bhim upi and the upi reference no. 835442427410 Rs. 70000 (seventy thousand) on 20/12/18 and the has been debited from my account and credited to beneficiary account and immediately again it debited from beneficiary account but when i check the statement from the beneficiary it say’s it reverse back to the same upi reference number. So till date the reverse money neither the beneficiary recieve it neither me.

So please help me with this or give me suggestion or solution
