order id : OD327533124722818100 dated 11.03.2023 . Firstly , I placed a order for Delsey suitcase 30 inch but I had received Delsey suitcase 30 inch in a damaged condition and the product is of very poor or inferior quality.
Secondly , I had placed a order for delsey suitcase 26 inch but received wrong size and the product is of very poor or inferior quality
Thirdly , I placed a order for Delsey suitcase 22 inch but the product is of very poor or inferior quality.
Subsequently , first request for return was rasied on dated 13.03.2023 and multiple times after that..
Now, the problem is the return request has not been completed by Flipkart even after repeated calls and followups. Return request gets cancelled automatcally. No Wishmaster has called or come to pickup the product. Customer Care representative inform the resaon for NON PICKUP to be ” UNFORSEEN condition ”
