I’m writing regarding my recent order W Kurti for women, order # 408-9403579-2347512, I bought this dress in a good discount, but I received an incomplete set (the bottom was missing) then I requested a replacement and unfortunately in the replacement as well I received only top which was very disappointing for me. I have complained to customer care many times that I have been facing these sorts of issues with my previous orders as well. That’s one of the reasons for my returns.
and now when i called customer care they are saying they have sent the complete product and they received the incomplete which is not correct.
