Hi,
I brought boat stone 1200 from Amazon of the worth rupees 3460/- let me explain you the issue, on 14th Nov i got my order at my office address- #####, i was totally happy with that order but once i tried i found it worthless because the FM is not working which is there and the base and sound quality is also not up to the mark.
Please find the attached screenshot’s.
I generate the replacement request and I return the order on 19th nov.
I call customer service and ask representative to change my address from my office address to my house, he changed it and then the delivery partner came to my house and picked the order!
I got another call on the same day from the delivery partner after 2 hours he said sir i came to pickup your order from your office address, i ask him my order was already picked by someone else.
From that time to till now I’m waiting for my refund, its almost one month now and i talk the customer service executive for the same, he said we received the feedback from the warehouse, you returned us the wrong order that’s why you will not get the refund.
Seriously this was too much, i never expected this kind of feedback from the customer service, i had a really bad experience and I thought I’ll not trust Amazon further.
Money is not just a number, it’s a hard earned money, hope this time my problum get resolved and I’ll receive the positive feedback from consumer court.
