This in reference to two of my purchase made on Perrerfry online portal. Though I have made a recent a of approx 60,000 in month time. Being a valuable customer i expect that the return request being taken so lightly. Let me give you the description of two of the product.

  1. Pooja Mandir – Amount 3599 INR Order no 306546558. I initiated a return due not satisfied with the quality as the picture updated on the website do give different visual then actually what the product is. I had to call them once everyday since i raised a request. On which i spoke to couple of representative and they said the assigned person will get back to you. There are times when just two bell rang and when i answered it was disconnected or dropped.  Now they are refusing that the product cannot be return on this ground and rather helping me with the escalation matrix the representative hung up on me.
  2. Cushion Cover – 999 INR –  The reason was same given to me that return ground can’t be the quality and according to the website the ground given in case of returning a) termite/borer infection 2) incomplete items 3)incorrect product 4)damaged . They are very clever while categorization  to return the product..

I am frequent online buyer and never come across with such non consumer Centric. worst customer service  and less sense of responsibility  after the product has been sold.

Please look into the details and help me with the refund.
