On 22nd july, 2020 I intentionally clicked on the option “return to bank” for 6,500 indian rupees to get it on my account and they said payment completed. But it doesn’t credited in my account and main thing is, on the same day I used this option for 100 rupees and it showed “payment pending, but the money was credited instantly. That means Paytm has some serious issue in their website. Worst part is paytm says it’s bank fault and bank customer care impose it on paytm. What can I do for this? Please help!
