Text of Complaint by RAJIB DAS:

I ordered an product from amazon. Get incorrect item. I send the product image to amazon. Then i return the product and return was sucessfully done. But they did not process refund. Every time i contact amazon customer care they said a technically problem occured please contact after 3 days. After one month, they said they did not give refund. Because they did not receive correct product. I tell that please share me which product you send to me and which product you get. But they said they did not share anything and also did not give refund.
